Account Deletion

This page provides an account and data deletion request for apps operated by Summit Intelligence Pte. Ltd., which does business as Insight Labs. It includes 1Buddy and Future You.

Delete a 1Buddy Account in the App

Open 1Buddy, open Settings, select Manage Account & Data, and select Delete Account. Confirm the request to delete your account and associated app data. You can also use the email request below without access to the app.

Delete a Future You Account in the App

Open Future You, open Settings, and select Delete Account in the Danger Zone. Confirm the request to delete your account and associated app data.

Request Deletion Without the App

Email support@insightlabs.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the app name and the email associated with your account, if any. For Future You, include any account identifier available to you. If you use an anonymous account or cannot find its identifier, explain that in your request. Support verifies the account before it removes data.

Request Deletion of Specific Data

To request removal of specific data without closing your account, email support@insightlabs.ai with the app name, account email or available account identifier, and the records you want removed. State that you want to keep your account. Support verifies the account and confirms the scope of the request. Some purchase, security, or legally required records may remain.

Data Covered

The request covers your account, personal information, profile, preferences, and associated personal content. Some purchase, security, or legally required records may remain with us or our service providers. Contact support for the scope and status of your request.

Cancel Subscriptions Separately

Account deletion and app removal do not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Cancel through the store where you purchased.

• Android: Open Google Play, select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select the app.
• iOS: Open Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions, and select the app.
